Gordon G. Hunsaker, Principal Member

Gordon brings a wealth of knowledge and financial resources to Alliance with his ten-plus years of development experience, twenty-five years of construction experience, and over thirty years of management experience. Gordon’s vast experience in both commercial and residential developments has helped create new standards for quality real estate developments in Michigan. On the residential side, his projects range from a large residential subdivisions to luxury multi-family and student housing communities. His commercial developments range from retail centers and office buildings to light industrial parks and mini-storage facilities. Gordon maintains a great reputation within the community and is accordingly a key member of Alliance Commercial Group.

Jacob J. Pitre, Esq. Principal Broker

Jacob is a practicing attorney and Principal Broker for Alliance. He graduated cum laude from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School and has been exposed to virtually every field of real estate. Jacob is admitted to practice in all Michigan courts and is a member of the State Bar Real Estate Section. Over the course of his career, Jacob has handled matters ranging from development, management, contract negotiation, and litigation, to complex acquisitions and sales. From development to sale, Jacob brings to Alliance several years of practical legal experience and offers that experience as Broker for the firm.

Shawn H. O’Brien, CCIM, Principal

Shawn brings a wealth of real estate experience gained as a top producer in the Lansing and regional markets for over fifteen years, specializing in Retail, Office and Light-industrial properties. Although retail is his passion, Shawn also takes charge of sales and leasing of shopping centers, tenant/buyer site selection, seller and landlord representation, land acquisition/disposition and development assignments. Shawn has closed over $80 million in commercial sales and leasing transactions over the past ten years. On more than one occasion, Shawn performed in the top 20 retail producer status nationwide at CB Richard Ellis.

Shawn has held the prestigious CCIM designation for the past ten years. He strives to provide the consultative approach to all his clients enabling each of them to make the most informed decisions possible. Whether you are buying a land parcel to develop, acquiring a site to do business, or selling your business property or an investment property, he can provide a creative approach that includes some of the most experienced resources in the market.
